Refunds Policy

At Voya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us – Email support@voya.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions – Our team will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Ship the Item – Send the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, contact us at support@voya.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or customized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Voya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with your local courier service or contact us for assistance.
